Products: KF40 Flange-Type Vacuum Feedthroughs

These optical feedthroughs was specifically designed for installation on the KF40 port of a vacuum chamber. The device provides a hermetic interface and requires no maintenance. EOF0050 for Single Port; EOF0049 for Dual Port requirements.
On both sides there are standard ST plugs with an internal fiber feedthrough stub forming the hermetic barrier between the two sides. It is best combined with an internally mounted TS2 or TS3 probe with external connection via a DIST-CXXX fiber optic extension cable to the input of a FOTEMP or Insulogix series signal conditioner. An MR320A ST Bulkhead Adapter is required on each port to facilitate connection of either a TS sensor or DIST-CXXX extension cable.
