The LS (Lyoscience) freeze dryers range from the LSBC benchtop condenser (similar to the Edwards Modulyo), to the LSM40/60, a 3 - 5 shelf unit, to the LSG60. MechaTech also design, build, install and commission bespoke high vacuum systems for a high profile clientele.
The latest LSG60 Freeze Dryer to emerge from MechaTech Systems uses the most up-to-date technology in vacuum, refrigeration and control, providing unrivalled reliability and reproducibility in the freeze drying process.
Suitable for both vial and bulk samples, it is an ideal choice for either laboratory or small scale production.
Fitted with 9 product shelves, controllable between -60degC and +60degC, and a condenser capacity of 30Kg, the LSG60 also comes fitted with a user-friendly touch screen control, giving a clear indication of system status, and allowing freezing, primary and secondary drying, end point determination, backfill and stoppering sequences without operator intervention.
In excess of 200 recipes can be stored and retrieved as required via the central control unit, allowing complex pressure/temperature profiles to be controlled with ease and accuracy.
Data logging and analysis are accessed on the central control unit, can be downloaded via the factory fitted USB port, or connected to a PC via Ethernet for remote view/control.
