Confederation of European Paper Industries
CEPI is the voice and public face of the pulp and paper industry in Europe, representing its interests towards the European Institutions. It monitors and analyses EU legislation and initiatives in the areas of industry, environment, energy, forestry, recycling, fiscal policies and competitiveness in general. Through CEPI, the paper industry defines common positions and acts on emerging issues, making expert and constructive contributions to the official consultation process with industry.
Its collective expertise provides a unique source of information both for and on the industry; coordinating essential exchanges of experience and knowledge among its members, the ability to provide technical assistance to legislators and to identify independent experts on specific issues.
Through its 17 member countries (15 European Union members plus Norway and Switzerland) CEPI represents some 830 pulp, paper and board producing companies across Europe, ranging from small and medium sized companies to multi-nationals, and 1220 paper mills. Together they represent 28% of world production.

Austropapier, Vereinigung der österreichischen Papierindustrie
1872 entstand der Verein der österreichisch-ungarischen Papierfabrikanten, aus dem nach zahlreichen Umstrukturierungen und Umbenennungen (1919-1948) die heutige Interessenvertretung Austropapier - Vereinigung Österreichischen Papierindustrie hervorgegangen ist.
Neben ihr steht der Fachverband Papierindustrie, der durch das Wirtschaftskammergesetz 1946 ins Leben gerufen worden war.
Seit 1948 nehmen beide Organisationen gemeinsam die Interessen der österreichischen Papierindustrie wahr.

The Finnish Forest Industries Federation works to improve the competitiveness and profitability of the forest-based sector by strengthening its operating conditions and building its positive image in Finland and abroad.
The Finnish Forest Industries Federation strives to influence decision-making in Finland and the EU in matters that affect the forest branch. We promote entrepreneurship and healthy forms of business. We also negotiate collective agreements in the branch.
Our membership covers the entire pulp, paper and paperboard industries and about 80% of the sawmilling, plywood and wood products industry in Finland.

Der Verband Deutscher Papierfabriken e.V. (VDP) ist der industrielle Spitzenverband der deutschen Zellstoff- und Papierindustrie mit Sitz in Bonn. Der VDP ist ein eingetragener Verein und Mitglied im Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie. Er vertritt die politischen Interessen auf nationaler Ebene. Als Mitglied im Verband der Europäischen Papierindustrie CEPI ist er aktiv in die europäische Lobbyarbeit eingebunden. Auf internationaler Ebene repräsentiert der VDP die deutsche Papier- und Zellstoffindustrie auch im Internationalen Verband der Forst- und Papierverbände ICFPA.

Szövetségünk 1991. óta meghatározó szervezete a magyar nyomda- és papíriparnak. Európában egyedülálló módon nemcsak nyomdák, de papírgyárak és a legnagyobb nyomdaipari beszállítók csatlakoztak szervezetünkhöz. Büszkék vagyunk rá, hogy tagvállalataink sikeres, prosperáló cégek, melyek a legszigorúbb uniós elvárásoknak is megfelelnek. Nyomdai tagjaink adják évrol-évre az összforgalom 50 %-át.
Szövetségünk a folyamatosan változó igényekhez igazodva szélesköru szolgáltatásokat nyújt tagjai számára, de feladatának tekinti az ágazat érdekeinek védelmét és a több száz éves nyomdász hagyományok ápolását. Fo célkituzésünk, hogy szervezetünk különleges ismereteit és lehetoségeit kihasználva tagjaink számára olyan szolgáltatásokat nyújtsunk, melyek hozzájárulnak versenyképességük megorzéséhez és hosszú távú fejlodéséhez.
